Albion Online is just around the corner. Sandbox Interactive announced today that the next update to the free-to-play MMORPG “Radiant Wilds” will be released on April 13th. In addition to new content, it will also bring performance improvements and new features. A big highlight of the update is a visual overhaul that includes improved lighting, changes to color and contrast, and new visual textures. Apparently this is all happening “without increasing the required specifications.” So. Great news for players.

As for new features, an Armory is being introduced that uses player data to recommend builds for the different game modes. Players can also look forward to a new 1v1 version of the existing 5v5 arena. This is intended to get players used to PvP without having to lose equipment.
