Today Nuverse introduced the new Inventor base class in Crystal of Atlan. The class’s playable character is a girl named Jodi, who does not fight with a sword, gun, or other typical weapon, but instead uses a wrench to create mechs to fight in her place.

Players who choose the Inventor class can advance to one of two other classes: a ranged specialist, Empirica, and the mid-range physical DPS, Rhapsodia. The first uses various mechs to fight for them. The latter allows players to either fight alone or jump into a mech for combat.

To help players get started with the new class, Nuverse is hosting some in-game events. This includes a daily login with many extras. Class change restrictions have also been removed to allow players to play as an inventor straight away. The update to the free MMOPRG also introduces a new pet, the Martial Panda.
