Path of Exile’s latest update, Mirage, has been live for a few days now after releasing on Friday. While I know for a fact that players found their way through the new content – from listening to a few friends play on Discord – it wasn’t the smoothest experience. Players struggled with crashes and some features had to be turned off.
Some of the issues were fixed relatively quickly, but if a note on the free-to-play ARPG’s Steam page is any indication, there’s still a lot of work to be done. At the time of writing, the developers noted that they had already deployed eleven hotfixes. However, the post described several things that were still being worked on at the time. (Note that at the time of writing, no new update has been released yet, so it remains questionable what if any of the things listed have been fixed.
According to the post On the Steam page, the team is working on solutions to currency exchange issues, improving the visibility of certain maps and caches in Mirages, fixing issues with UI elements, and more. If you want to stay up to date on the issues, you should keep an eye on the game’s forums or the Steam page.
