A new update for Netmarble’s free dark fantasy MMORPG RAVEN2 is in preparation. The update announced today will introduce the Walthen Empire region, consisting of four areas and 14 hunting grounds, as well as a new field boss, Vargas the Burning Hatred, who will give players rewards including the Giant Smash Skystone. The Walthen Empire is located on the western continent and was once the region’s dominant power. But those days are long gone and what’s left is in ruins. To access the region, players must have completed Lungard.

In addition to the new region, the update also includes several in-game events that last until April 22nd. These include a Check-in Event where players can earn up to 110 Summoning Scrolls and the Empire Summon Mission Event where players can claim even more rewards.
