RuneScape Port

Today Jagex launches a new region in RuneScape. The company says the new region, called Havenhythe, is thelargest area expansion in the MMORPG’s 25-year history. They also point out that it’s designed for a more classic RuneScape experience with fewer gods and world-destroying threats.

Today’s launch only covers half of the region, with the other half coming later this year, but it opens up new possibilities for players, offering them new quests and the ability to further improve the Hunter skill with a new level cap of 110. In terms of quests, the update introduces two new main story quests that provide players with background information about the region and the people who live there. There’s also a quest where players help a child complete wizarding goals and another that involves housing issues. The Hunter Update will expand Big Game Hunter gameplay and add new stealth-focused encounters to the game as players must silently pursue their prey.

Players can also look forward to new early-game boss encounters in Silverquill, designed for players aged 40 に 50. The bosses will introduce combat mechanics such as telegraphed attacks and weapon pairing. And one of the boss’s attacks will actually play a role in the problems in Havenhythe.

For those who like something a little more relaxed, there is fish farming. Players can fill pools with starters and once the pool is full they can harvest them. Remember, you can’t just set this up and leave it behind. In order for the fish to stay alive, tanks must be cleaned.
