The last few days have been busy for Digital Extremes, with PAX East over the weekend and the various announcements for both Warframe and their upcoming MMORPG Soulframe. We reported on Warframe earlier this week and now we have some details on the latter game. 具体的には, we now know that Preludes 14, titled “The Duelo,” will be released sometime this month. We don’t know the exact date yet, but I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.

So what awaits us in Preludes 14? 良い, there’s the new pact, Duelo. Duelo comes from Ancestor Carmo and introduces the ability to use a flintlock pistol. The pact can also increase the highest Virtue stat of each party member – provided they are within range, create a ghostly clone to fight with you, などなど.

The update also introduces the Rapier weapon type and reworks Orlick’s Station. Orlick’s role has been expanded with the update and a new progression system has been introduced.
