The second chapter of Where Winds Meet’s Hexi storyline was released today, introducing the new snowy region of Liangzhou and a new storyline that follows a musician trying to find his way “home.” To begin this journey, players must have reached level 14 and completed the first chapter of the Hexi story, “The Burlap Sack.”

The update introduces more new content to the free-to-play open-world MMORPG, such as new volumes in the Hexi Wulin Journal, a new Death of the Governor campaign, and new world bosses. The first is the moon-gazing maiden. (Remember that everything in Hexi’s story has to do with the moon in some way.) Other bosses include a mystical deer and a perverted circus (or at least some of its members). Players can also look forward to joining the Raging Tides sect and learning the new Stonesplit – Strength path.
