Today is a good day for Warframe players – even more so if they also happen to own a Nintendo Switch 2. Esta manhã, Digital Extremes announced the release of the free-to-play shooter’s latest update, O Shadowgrapher, and the game’s release on Nintendo’s latest console.

The game, already available on PC, Playstation, Xbox, mobile and the original Nintendo, launches with full cross-platform play and cross-platform save. This means Nintendo Switch players who have been thinking about upgrading but have been waiting for the port to get their hands on their new systems.

To celebrate the release of the new console version, Digital Extremes is giving everyone who logs into the game on Switch 2 between now and April 15th the exclusive Ambimanus Pack. This pack contains a Warfan weapon as well as other cosmetics and resources.

The Shadowgrapher update, which will be available on all platforms, brings a ton of new content for players. The new Warframe introduces abilities based on Rorschach Inkblot inspirations. A new co-op game offers players the chance to play a bit of survival horror. And players can get their hands on the latest collectible cosmetics. These are just a few examples.
