The open beta test for Mistfall Hunter, the dark fantasy extraction APRG from Bellring Games and Skystone Games, begins on June 14th. The test is open to players on PC vapeur as well as PlayStation and Xbox. During this test, players can experience the extraction loop, play around with class builds, and provide feedback that the developers can use to improve the game. The press release did not specify whether the test will be cross-platform or whether players will be limited to playing with others on their platform of choice for the time being.

Those who want to participate can pre-download the game on June 13th on their platform of choice. Since you have about a week to play, it’s worth completing it so you don’t waste time waiting for it to download on game day.

If you’re not familiar with Mistfall Hunter, it’s set after a war between gods that led to the destruction of all the gods. Now a corrosive force is taking over the souls of the living, distorting and even mutating them. Players choose one of five classes to play, each with their own weapons and abilities, and loot as much as they can while fighting the mutated creatures and harvesting Gylenblod needed to restore the world. Bien sûr, to be successful they have to make it to the extraction point.
