Soulbound Steam

Indie developer Spiderware is bringing its pixel art MMO set in a virtual world to Steam. The free game Soulbound is available to players via browser and Discord and has attracted over a million players. This may not seem like much compared to other MMOs, but we’ll see the numbers increase once it’s officially available on Steam, I’m sure.

For players who like games with a more classic look, Soulbound seems like a good game. If you look at the video below you can see that the art looks good and the game seems to have some interesting bosses to fight. It is set in an isometric perspective and the combat is roguelite. Players can customize their characters and choose from more than a dozen abilities and upgradeable skill trees. Cependant, the game still features the MMORPG trinity of tank, DPS and healer.

Soulbound also features a lot of non-combat content. This means guilds, logement, farming and the like. There is no official Steam launch date yet. But players can add the game to their wishlist to find out when it goes live as soon as possible.
