Delta Force meltdown

On June 30, Team Jade will conclude Delta Force’s “most ambitious season yet.” Season Meltdown brings new operations and warfare content to the free-to-play shooter, as well as a collaboration event with Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. The new flagship “Operations” will introduce the map “AZ3 Nuclear Plant,” where players are deployed into a failing nuclear facility with rising radiation levels. Games can end in a variety of ways, from controlled cancellations to a full evacuation.

As players explore different areas on the map, they become worse, making the hazards more and more dangerous. Of course, the rewards also get better. These rewards include AZ3 Keycards, which unlock access to high-value rooms. So lucky players can walk away with a lot of loot.

In addition to the new map, the new season also introduces a new operator: N-Two. Strongly tied to AZ3, this cooling engineer has a cryo tech kit that slows enemies and helps with crowd control. Players can also look forward to two new weapons when the update is released.

The Rainbow Six Siege collaboration launches July 10 and includes themed Operator pairings, weapon skins, and other content.
